Fabulous location on the edge of Sidmouth and easy walk to Byes. Property quaint but a little dated. Ideally would have new bathroom more outside space and less clutter.  
Didn’t see hosts but lovely welcome pack and lots of useful notes/ info on house and area.  Would definitely stay again.
