Very secluded and hard to find. Once we were in was clean but not especially. Bed was comfy until I nearly fell though as the previous people had broken the middle slat and had just wedged the broken piece in.... Not been checked by owner. No Internet for the duration after being told was an outage in the area... We checked the signal for the postcode was excellent.. Customer service was atrocious as started messaging on the Saturday once we arrived no contact until the Monday.... Seriously bad .... No TV... until we changed the batteries and recoded the remote control.... Trying to keep a disabled Adult happy without TV is a nightmare... So weather was good and after all the mishaps we had a good time.

Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on boiling hot for ages and took two hands and a lot of effort to turn to a cooler temperature (and I'm young and fit!). No lights in car park: making it difficult when days are so short. I was very glad to leave!
