We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. The garden was a nice place to spend some quiet time and the pubs across the road were perfect for great conversation and drinks. Also St Mary’s church is so beautiful and the people so welcoming. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Perfect for discovering Nottingham as it’s right in city centre but still very quiet room as it was on second floor. Happy to stay again.

Absolutely perfect for a weekend break- room and facilities spotless, and location is right in the middle of the city minutes from Hockley and great food/bars. Check-in online takes a few minutes and then you’re sent an electronic code to access property. Will definitely be returning.

No car park but up the hill opposite is a multistorey We payed £18 for around 20hrs

I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room. Room was nice but for the price as advertised it cannot compete with a Premier Inn which has a receptionist and breakfast included. Remote receptionist was helpful despite the process; though would be more well served on site

I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring. I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back. It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows.

The Room it's self was amazing. However with zero onsite staff.. it was very impersonal. There was no nearby parking and no advice was given as to where to park... the check in process was cumbsersom as no other place that I have stayed required scanning of passport..

Everything stood out, but here are my star picks: 1 * for the location 1 * for the ambience (and smell) of the foyer 1 * for the decor of the suite 1 * for the bath (bravo...lovelt touch) Why no fifth star? The bed! Everythig from the mattress to the sheets to the bed frame...absolute let down. Show potential to be perfect but unfortunately however nice everything else is, if your night sleep proves to be subpar then what's the point?!

Excellent location with parking options not too far away. The room was great, bathroom was excellent and bed was very comfy.

Absolutely beautiful room we stayed in the penthouse suite for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was stunning! The view on the private balcony is lovely, the bath was massive and the little extras were lovely! Thank you.
