Staff went out of their way to help me with my bags, the room was really lovely and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. Location was amazing. Be aware that it is a venue for live music, the Sunday night I stayed the band was playing downstairs until about 11pm. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Had an early flight and arrived early before check in, but was given our room anyway, which was a welcome relief after very early start at home. Was upgraded to the Boutique Hotel side. Close to beach and all manner of food and beverage venues to choose from..

It was beyond Awesome! Just be sure to enter on the correct entrance because if Uber drops you off at the restaurant entrance it’s too hard to carry luggage. The staff was beyond Amazing and wonderful and the room and property are excellent as well!

Close to everything - easy access - very nice boutique hotel.

Stayed boutique hotel. Spacious room, king bed, great shower. Highly recommended - particularly if you can get a good deal.

We loved everything about this hotel except the fact we didn’t really get much sleep for the two nights we were there. There’s not much they can do about the noise from the bars and restaurants but I think they could let their perpetual clients know upon booking that this is the situation and that way they can make an informed decision to go forward with their booking based on all the information.

Great location for a quick weekend away, food, location and venue amazing. Can’t wait to get back.

Beautiful rooms and nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful I’ll definitely go back again.

We upgraded and had a beautiful room with beach views seen after overlooking the roof in front of us. Luckily we were on the top floor. Had a pleasant time in the garden area with live music but happy we upgraded to the boutique hotel as it may have been noisy in our original room.

A nice hotel in Coogee and one of our favorites for a quick stay.

We had 2 separate stays here on our recent visit to Australia. We stayed in the main hotel in a deluxe room, then a standard room. They were identical with the only difference being that the deluxe has a shared large balcony overlooking the outdoor bar area. The rooms were of a high standard of decor & cleanliness. Very well equipped. Although it is clearly stated that the rooms can be noisy because they are above the bar which my husband did not find an issue, I found it very hard to sleep. The deluxe room was noisy from the pumping music & the standard room from heavy road noise with music noise at times. The rooms are sibgle glazed so its like having the window open & they really need some soundproofing. Great location across from the beach but wouldnt stay here again if I visited & would pick somewhere in a quieter area.

Can be a very loud place depending on bar and local events - bring earplugs. Otherwise it’s great!

Staff is super helpful, the gal at the front desk made sure we were taken care if. There was a roach but he didnt bite, just needed a place to stay for the night like us

We got upgraded to the boutique hotel which was absolutely amazing in every way. Staff was very courteous and polite and area was fantastic every thing on hand.

Very nice room. Very poor noise insulation. Breakfast not included. Breakfast bar very noisy. Reception closes early
