The hotel had plenty of character, but it fell short when it came to comfort\. In my opinion, it did not feel like a four\-star hotel\. The suite was much smaller than expected, with very limited space to move around or unpack comfortably\. We only had carry\-on luggage, and the room already felt cramped\. I’m not sure how guests with larger suitcases would manage\. The extra bed was essentially a bench with a mattress on top\. It would slide when sitting or sleeping on it and made noise throughout the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep on\. The staff were friendly and accommodated our request for an early check\-in for an additional fee, which we appreciated\. However, when we were assigned a room on a lower floor, I asked if an upper\-floor room was available\. The response made it feel as though we were asking for a special favor, even though we had paid for the early check\-in\. Perhaps I wrongly assumed there would be other room options\. Unfortunately, staying on a lower floor meant dealing with noise from both neighboring rooms and the garden area, which affected our stay\. Considering the price we paid, the suite was disappointingly small and did not offer the level of comfort we expected\. The location is a positive, as it is right by the waterfront and within walking distance of Nyhavn\. However, the surrounding area felt rather quiet and lacked atmosphere\. I’m not sure whether this was because we visited over the weekend, but it seemed less lively tha

We had a lovely stay here. The room was very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly. We didn't have the breakfast, as there are lots of cafes and shops nearby. Convenient for lovely summer walks in the nearby parks, the Harbour Bus and the little Mermaid Statue.

Rummen va fina, rena. Sköna sängar . Mycket trafik utanför dygnet runt, ingen ac på rummet så fick ha fönster öppet . Frukosten va katastrof , disk på alla borden och inget påfyllt . Båda dagarna lika . Åt dock frukost sent men ändå . Helt okey hotell men kommer välja ett annat hotell nästa gång jag ör i Köpenhamn

We stayed three nights in this nice hotel close to the city center, room was clean and nicely decorated with style but unfortunately noisy as we could hear the street. The personnel is very helpful and friendly but forgot to indicate the bikes weren’t included. Breakfast is good but too expensive.

No one came and cleaned or room so no coffee was available in our room for our early departure

Ingen mini kyl på rummet. Ingen ac bara takfläkt. Frukosten var så där. Borde ha informerat om byggnation utanför hotellet.

The property was absolutely beautiful and located in a great and convenient location. The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. Would absolutely recommend.
