No Air Condition, Too much noise, Dog Barking etc.

우버를 타고 호텔에 도착했을 때 기다렸다는듯이 여행백을 카운터까지 옮겨주시고 친절하게 check in을 도와줬습니다. 또한 방까지 동행하여 TV 에어컨 전등 사용방법을 설명해 주는 친절한 베풀었습니다. 침구와 베게 모두 깨끗했고 기타 시설도 모두 청결했습니다. 호텔 주위에 한국마트, 일본, 한국식당도 있어, 지내기에 좋습니다. 적극 추천합니다

El lugar está seguro y la habitación fue mucho más grande de lo esperado, bastante cómodo el lugar.

Excellent place, the area is safe, building is safe and door always locked, you can walk to a bunch of coffee places and restaurants. Edgar is the concierge he is helpful, respectful and always available to help. Truly recommend this place.

Fue bastante genial todo. Solamente 2 detalles si tienen smart TV pero tienes q poner tu cuenta personal para utilizar las plataformas de streaming y el otro detalle las habitaciones regulares no tienen aire acondicionado lo cual fue un poco incómodo. El resto excelente el personal bastante atento y amables.

Este espacio es de mis favoritos en CDMX; la atención de sus dependientes; la seguridad del espacio y la zona; las conexiones de transporte público. Y su excelente ubicación la hacen ideal para una estancia corta o larga.

Lugar bonito, limpio y bien acondicionado

Muy buena ubicación y hotel, lo único malo es que si hace calor no hay aire acondicionado y el ventilador literal está encima de la cama

Our stay at Suites Mine was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. What surprised us the most was how incredible the location was, easy to walk to major sites and parks, and lots of restaurants to choose from. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax in the hot tub after a long day of museums and galleries. Highly recommend.

I've been on this hotel about 4 times and every time the service is excellent, we'll located, very good rooms and the cocktails on rooftop are delicious I haven't tried the food yet but i bet is equally as good as the service

Todo super excelente tanto el trato como el lugar. Todo super completo e incluso tuvimos un problema al que no nos agarraba un transporte, ellos nos pidieron uno y pudimos llegar a nuestro lugar a tiempo.

The front desk is rude and make you feel unwelcome, it’s also very noisy outside at night Otherwise Rooms are clean and decent for the price
