This was possibly my favorite stay on our whole trip. Beautiful, inviting property that was tastefully renovated; our room had a wonderful view and was immaculate; staff were wonderful. Completely charming.

If you want to go to Toledo (I highly recommend you do). I don't think you will find a better place to stay. Everything is close at hand. The hotel is spotless. From my room I could look out at the cathedral. An absolutely perfect place to stay.

This room was fantastic! It was conveniently located and we had a room with a terrace on the top floor. The view of the cathedral was amazing! The room itself was spacious, extremely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and the shower was great! Definitely recommend!!

La habitación está excelente, las amenidades y limpieza muy bien. La ubicación también es muy buena. El único detalle que tuvimos fue la hora de check in, ya que es muy tarde a las 4:00 pm.

Localização exceletente, próximo de tudo. Quarto grande com várias janelas. Ar condicionado. Cama muito boa, frigobar abastecido diariamente com duas garrafas de água. Como está localizado no centro histórico, onde veículos não circulam, o táxi nos deixou a 100 metros da hospedagem. E na hora de ir embora, fomos a praça central para pegarmos táxi até a estação de trem. Nada que incomodasse e atrapalhasse nossa visita a essa cidade maravilhosa. Aprovada, pousada e cidade!

Excellent staff attention, very courteous and friendly. Clean room, well decorated, very modern and big size. Much better than a typical European small room. We were pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent choice. The staff is at another location but it really doesn’t matter.

Easy check in instructions. We were able to arrive very late and easily get in with peace of mind. The posada looks brand new on the inside. Very beautiful, tasteful design elements. Nice, larger than normal bathroom with everything you could ask for, including an adjustable mirror. Lots of windows for light and bright during the day. Very cozy mattresses as well. We even had maid service which was a surprise for us during our two nights stay. We hope to come back next year and stay here for a full week and enjoy and relax in this gorgeous, hideaway, historical pueblo!

Nadie nos explico que necesitabamos entrar con un codigo que nos daban por email, pero tampoco teniamos wifi para conectarnos con alguna persona. No habia nadie alli en ningun momento. Nos quedamos encerrados dentro del ascensor estancados entre el 2 y el 3 piso por media hora, nadie nos escuchaba, insistimos con un numero de telefono de emergencias, porque no habia nadie que nos pudiera ayudar en el hostal. La verdad es que estan muy bien ubicados, pero los turistas necesitamos mejor atencion e informacion. Lamentable.............
