Beautiful modern hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. Air conditioning and huge room. However, property was 30 minutes out of town requiring transportation. Hotel offered shuttle for 10 euros/person, but only ran at scheduled times ending at 8:45pm. Taxi were $30-40 per trip. Onsite bar also closed early. Recommend paying more to stay in town to avoid transportation costs. If want a shuttle from train station, must book ahead of time. We waited 75 minutes for a shuttle once we arrived at train station since we didn't know we had to reserve ahead of time.

No slippers, no robes, no dental amenities, no included breakfast, no blow dryer. I expected more.

O Hotel fica distante do Centro de Florença. O quarto tem sérios problemas no ralo linear do box do banheiro. Tivemos que trocar de quarto. A limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, principalmente nos banheiros. Não tiveram cuidado de repor o papel higiênico e a limpeza do chão não foi uniforme. O atendimento no bar do hotel foi extremamente ruim. Tivemos que suportar a má vontade e falta de educação do garçom responsável pelo bar à noite. Quanto a disponibilidade de resolver o problema da troca de quarto foram muito prestativos. O café da manhã foi o destaque positivo.

Everyone was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable

Fint hotell, god frokost og supert treningsrom. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Noe langt ut av byen da man ikke kan kjøre til sentum selv, men nyttig med hotellets shuttlebus. Skulle gjerne hatt informasjon om bussen for booking før ankomst, vi kom oss ikke til byen første dag av oppholdet grunnet allerede fullbooket buss.

Room clean but towels and paper products not replenished properly. Light switches challenging because you are not informed about location of main switch. Breakfast staff not friendly.

I liked the hotel although it was definitely further out of the city than explained. Atleast there were shuttles available. But the food there wasn't very good. Average at best.

Hotel novo de extremo bom gosto em todos os detalhes. Café da manhã maravilhoso!

Good breakfast. Rooms were big and spacious. Pool looked terrible was not maintained during off season. inside pool not included for use.

Updated and modern design.

Beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre, mauvais écoulement de l’eau dans la douche, pas de gel douche ni de café dans la chambre.

Good location to exit the city

Very nice lobby, entrance, and main bar. The dining area and breakfast food were very good. The staff help accommodate any request we presented. Each member carried a sense of professionalism that was noteworthy and appreciated.

Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little light pollution so starry skies at night. Just what we needed this trip. Thank you! Like many cities there is a tourism / hotel tax.
