Highly recommended. Great location and great staff. Clean rooms.

One of our favourite hotels. It’s in a great location. It’s very clean. Rooms are a great size. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Free parking is convenient.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mercer Boutique Hotel. It was our first time in Montreal (and Canada) and our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young children) could not have felt more welcome. Some things to know when booking this hotel- 1. There is a receptionist/employee at the front desk at all times 2. The parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel and is included in the cost of the room 3. There is an elevator into the hotel but it takes 3-4 steps to get from the street into the hotel so it may be hard with a wheelchair 4. There is a grocery store (IGA) and playground around the corner 5. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and you can get to the subway/underground city in about 15 minutes 6. There was laundry in our unit which was incredibly convenient, as was the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms 7. The room/suite and common areas were incredibly clean Hope this helps, we'll book here again if we ever return to Montreal!

I liked the area and proximity to old Montreal. However, the room was not advertised correctly. It was mentioned 2 king beds and one queen.....the third bed was not a queen but a double. It was also a sofa bed. Not what we planned for 6 adults. Also, there weren't enough chairs for everyone in the kitchen. Only 4 chairs for 6 people. The staff was nice enough to give me a rebate for the inconvenience.

It's a mini-hotel to say the best... The entire building was more an abandoned industrial warehouse. Room was clean BUT the facility is very old.

Close to the heart of the old city of Montreal, and to the docks. For a photographer great place to stay when one wants to do photo walks

I had a wonderful stay at The Mercer Boutique Hotel! The staff was welcoming & attentive. The room was clean, cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, I was happy with my stay at this hotel!

This property is stunning! The pictures don’t lie - impeccably decorated and quite honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The front desk employees are lovely and extremely helpful. The location is a perfect spot - easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. Definitely we will be back! Thank you Mercer for a lovely stay!

We are a family of four and found the Superior 2BR/2BA perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone. The reception staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Abdul who had a smile and kind word for everyone. Everything was clean and fresh, all appliances worked well, including the washer and dryer. I personally enjoyed the Nespresso machine. We were on the second floor, so we could hear street noise like people talking and traffic, but this is to be expected. The street itself is pretty quiet so it wasn't terribly intrusive. My one wish is that in the main BR with ensuite BA, there needs to be a lamp or sconce, some source of light in addition to the super bright overhead ceiling lights. We loved Mercer and would book it again!

It doesn’t seem much from the outside, or even the hotel lobby, but the property is of superb condition in every way for us. Really happy to stay here.

Perfect stay for families. Full kitchen and separate sleeping spaces make for a very comfortable stay with young children. We also appreciated the black out blinds curtains. Mattresses and bedding were very comfortable Less than 10 min walk to metro gives you access to all that Montreal has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary parking as well! We would absolutely recommend the Mercer hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we didn't like was the heating but we already addressed the issue with the reception and they said they will take a look at it. Otherwise, everything was clean, well decorated, well furnished and very well located. It was a bit noisy inside the building but you're downtown so that is to be expected

Amazing beautiful clean modern apartment like hotel comfortable beds fully equipped easy walking to everywhere 10 min to old town 10 min to Griffintown 3 min to IGA would def stay again
