Property was located a short walk from the town and beach, was a little difficult to find upon arrival. Property was clean, well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful with any enquirers.

A very beautiful, very pleasant, very clean place, the only drawback is that it doesn't have a beach very close by.

Beautiful place but Was absolutely horrible stay. We booked for three nights and stayed one. Refund was refused. It was impossible to sleep with noise from local bars until 3 am. And construction next door that started at 7 am

Hi . Hotel clean Staff great. Music from bar next till 4 am. So can not recommed. Booming music even with ear plugs could not sleep

The only reason why I gave it this rating is because next-door there is a pub that plays music into the wee hours of the morning on the weekends and special event days like carnival. The noise will keep you awake and ear plugs will not work. It was LOUD! If it wasn’t for that, the room was spacious ,clean and close to all amenities. The staff was awesome and helpful when needed.

It’s a nice place, great location and wonderful staff. However, 1) it is in a construction zone with both the roadway closed in front of the hotel and a hotel being built next to it; 2) the WiFi is very weak and I got kicked out of two online meetings - one which I was giving a presentation. I travel all over the yucatan and this has never happened to me.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, stilvolles Hotel. Zentrale Lage. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet vom Hotel offeriert. Ganztags Kaffee, Tee, Wasser. Alles hervorragend, ausser der nahegelegene Club spielt bis morgens um 4 Uhr sehr laut Musik und das hört man in den Zimmern sehr gut.

My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend.

Okay this place would have 5 stars if it wasnt for the bar next door playing very loud music until 4am for both of the nights I stayed here (fri & sat) During the day this place is like a little oasis, spotless, safe, very friendly staff, perfect little pool area for catching the sun. However, if you want to sleep between the hours of 10am and 4am don’t book here. I had ear plugs AND noise cancelling headphones playing my own music and still could hear the neighbourhood noise. I get it, out of the hotels control, but this needs to be better advertised and disclosed. 4am is a lot later than the typical midnight or even 2am bar timing. It was restless and honestly ruined the experience. And for the record, I met and chatted with multiple other guests in other rooms and they all had the same issue. I did ask and receive earplugs but honestly - it didn’t do much but make sleeping uncomfortable. I truly wish I could say I would be back because this place would be a gem if it wasn’t for the late night/ early morning noise.

Great proximity to the ferry terminal and Centro. There are nightclubs close by, which were only an issue on the weekends, no fault of the property.
