Very good

We had requested a quiet room away from elevators with an outside view for our honeymoon. The hotel had reached back out to us prior to our arrival to confirm our request would be accommodated. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had an inside view of the lobby and was next to elevators (noisy). Moreover, we had to wait to get our room because we had arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time and were told our room was being cleaned. Our room was dirty (hair/dust on the ground) and the A/C did not work well. There is no gym or pool. The hot tub had a weird smell. The amenities are subpar. The location was good, but overall, would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had trouble adjusting to the high altitude and the staff were so considerate and did that they could to help me feel better. A great place to start our trip to Peru!

Hotel novo, limpo, bem localizado perto da estação, toda a equipe extremamente educada e solícita, quartos com bom tamanho, café da manhã bem mais completo e saboroso do que os hoteis Hampton nos EUA. Ponto negativo: chuveiro, que fica oscilando entre quente e frio, muito ruim, principalmente no frio. Isso ocorreu nos dois diferentes quartos que usei, em andares diferentes – é um problema crônico. Além da pouca pressão. Só falta resolver isso pra ficar 100%.

Perfect place to stay in Cusco

Muy bien en general, la habitación un poco pequeña pero todo perfecto, su desayuno es muy variado y rico. Lo recomiendo

Hampton Cusco is conveniently located next to Wanchaq train station. The staff are very friendly and always put on the brightest smile. The room is spacious and clean. My room also got a pretty nice view too. The breakfast has decent selection of hot and cold items, with 2 hot dishes rotating daily. I enjoyed my stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a definite highlight—delicious and incredibly varied. Every morning we enjoyed a huge spread of fresh fruits, several kinds of cheeses, and a great selection of fresh breads. The drink station was equally impressive, featuring a variety of fresh juices, quality coffee, and comforting hot chocolate. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Cusco.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Cusco. The hotel was clean, well maintained and staff were very attentive and approachable. Thank you for accomodating us on our Machu Picchu tour by packing us a to go breakfast. That was very thoughtful! I look forward to continuing to visit Hampton Inn locations as my preferred choice of hotel.

A great hotel. Clean, air-conditioned room with all amenities. Wonderful bar and very nice restaurant. All the staff are fantastic. Always smiling and always helpful.
