Great hotel in the San Polo area, close to everything

The property and staff are excellent, the only minor downside is the street noise late into the night, not always but went till 3 AM two of the three nights we were there. That could also be the case pretty much anywhere in the city.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to the Vaporetto stop. The area is quieter than some of the busy areas but still has lots of restaurants and sights close by. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great.

Trevlig personal. Väldigt trevlig frukostpersonal! Dock var brödet/baguette torrt!!

Todo en el hotel está increíblemente lindo. El desayuno es delicioso y la atención del staff buenisima.

Very welcoming staff?

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor y limpio. La habitación de buen tamaño, limpia y la cama cómoda. El buffet es pequeño, pero de buena calidad y sabor y el personal muy cordial. El hotel W está ubicado en una muy buena zona de Venecia, cerca de la estación de trenes y muchos restaurantes. En general fue una agradable experiencia.

Un bon emplacement

Hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel très agréable proposant de nombreuses indicateurs sur les lieux touristiques à faire absolument et offrant même une carte pour s’orienter. Un arrêt du vaporetto se trouve à proximité de l’hôtel ce qui est idéale pour se déplacer dans tout Venise.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a canal view. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is very good. It’s family-friendly hotel that is near S. Toma vaporetto stop / Traghetto and 15 mins walk to the train/bus station. The area is quiet in the mornings and evening, away from the crowd and noise but walking distance to attractions.

Cama boa, silencioso, perto da estação sendo 15 min andando, mas pode pegar o Traghetto que é bem grande e espaçoso para malas, assim evita de subir e descer escadinhas até o hotel: o Vaporetto tem parada a 200 metros do hotel. Cala boa, chuveiro bom e quente. O café da manhã é um dos melhores que comi na Itália, ovos, bacon, iogurtes, granola, pães e frios. Cappuccino!!!! Me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel.

Nice, well kempt rooms in a quiet part of the town, with plenty of good restaurants and many shops in the neighborhood. Just a one minute walk to the San Toma vaporetto, and walkable to Rialto and the train/bus. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the ladies serving breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of choices. Room was clean and updated, USB ports, nice shower. Would definitely come back!

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre On apprend le lendemain par hasard qu’il est en panne et électricité qui saute quand il nous passe enfin un petit chauffage électrique qui fait un bruit énorme impossible de dormir et en plus personne a la réception jusqu’au matin et aucun dédommagement malgré plus de 560 euros dépensés une honte !!!!!

Super séjour à l’hôtel Casa W avec nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans. Accueil très chaleureux, staff attentionné et de bons conseils (surtout pour les restaurants). Chambre clean et nettoyé tous les jours avec soin. Produits de qualité. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et service toujours avec le sourire grâce à la présence de Lucia. L’arrêt du vaporetto « San Toma » à 3 min à pieds est un vrai plus. Recommande +++

Very clean room and modern with usb chargers. Bathroom lovely. Good location. And staff v friendly.

The rooms are excellent, spacious, and extremely clean. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help and accomodate. The hotel is fairly close to the city center and a couple of good food options 5 mins away. I would honestly recommend this stay!
