El hotel en general es excelente, las habitaciones muy limpias, frescas, las camas muy comodas y el servicio constante por parte del personal, muy dispuestos siempre a mantener en buenas condiciones las habitaciones y que el huesped disfrute de una buena estancia. La accesibilidad del hotel tambien es una caracteristica que brinda mucha facilidad al huesped.

While a literal child was getting sick the staff members laughed and watched. There is a huge lack of amenities and the pictures are deceiving. There was a constant smell of weed being smoked. While we (traveling with two children) had our room inspected and then told that they had no idea where the smell was coming from but were advised that we would be charged if they suspected we were smoking. Would not stay here again

Todo muy bien, los aires acondicionados funcionando al 100 las habitaciones limpias con lo necesario para tu higiene personal súper recomendado👌 van tres ocasiones que nos hospedamos ahí !

Toda la atencion en general muy bien! Y diario los cuartos muy limpios

Plenti of shops around, too much noise from guests, kids running at midnight 😑 and from the dj on the rooftop

Bien ubicado sobre la avenida Chapultepec, simple y sencillo. Está viejito. Limpieza 6 Cama 7 Bien para un solo día

El hotel está muy bien, lo único que no me encantó es que el estacionamiento no es en el hotel está a una cuadra de ahí, y el piso 8 específicamente habitación 802 el piso de la recámara es muy rústico. El trato amable.
