I don't think will stay at next traceling to Toronto

It was a nice, clean and quiet family apartment we love it.

The property was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. It’s in a good area which is walkable to places like the CN tower. The team were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

I stay in rentals and hotels all over the country and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The check in was unclear, the agent was incredibly rude, no parking available and hard to enter the building. They didn’t send us any instructions until after 5pm and then it took another 20 to get everything complete. The unit was really run down. Table was delaminated, chairs were bent and stained, towel bar was pulled from the wall and the carpet was stained. The check out wasn’t bad but they expected us to take a picture of the keys and send a what’s app pic on checkout which was weird.

We checked in as a party of 6, the rooms are nice and spacious. One of the room don’t have enough AC ventilation

We adore the place. my wife wanted to stay more, but we had to leave the place. For sure, next time to Toronto and we will surely check for the same room as we loved the balcony on the street. Also, help was amazing with staff as i called and had answers to all my questions. The building is amazingly clean and also the people living there are kind.

No balcony, thought I was getting one

Check in details are not explained well. 2 emails sent before check in not responded to for clarification. 5 pm check in time. I had to call at 6pm after i never received check in email. We ended up checking in at 630 due to this. I could not get a straight answer over parking and ended up getting a parking ticket Room was clean and ok other then tarp on ceiling above shower.

Didn’t get check in info until the last minute. No parking on property or close by. Was just not what I expected.

It was close to everything i needed and in perfect walking distance. Not sure if there was a mistake but i i didnt get any of the access code information until after check in time

The checking was a struggle but the apartment was nice. The apartment was clean as well. However, due to the checkin process, I would not rent here again nor that I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Our check-in was delayed due to cleaning starting late. They were kind to give us parking. However, when we got to the unit, it was hot. We tried to turn the AC on but it was broken. The bathroom has a hole in the ceiling and the toilet had flushing issues. The fridge and freezer were not working properly.

Building itself was beautiful and it was super close to the concert I was going to. Unfortunately communication for check in instructions was an EXTREME hassle and a lot of being redirected back and fourth on the phone and took for ever to get in my check in info. Unit was very small and bed was super uncomfortable. If your going to Budweiser stage the spot will do but other then that I wouldn’t recommend.

We didn’t get the registration or deposit emails even though I called 3 times about it. When we arrived in Toronto, we called again and talked to someone different and she sent the info via What’s App. From that point on, everything was wonderful.

Great proximity to Budweiser Stage for concerts as well as the exhibition hall. Building concierge to keep the property safe.

We had a hard time getting in the buzzer code didn’t work The room wasn’t what we reserved there was no balcony the bed is in the kitchen no sofa and you could hardly see the tv from the bed bc it is super small definitely not 47-50” as advertised We had no face cloths no sheets on the bed only a comforter two towels for two people for 5 days and they advertise a kitchen well try flipping eggs whit a wooden spoon bc it’s the bare minimum of utensils I wasn’t impressed with the communication with this property Once you tell them you had issues they stopped responding on WhatsApp

Any questions we answered quickly. Only issue we had with our stay was parking. The listing said that parking was available, but what we didnt find out until after we got a parking ticket, was that we couldnt park at the facility, we needed to park our vehicle at an external lot, which requires a fee
