Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

Nice and beautiful place to relax

Very good spa center with mineral water in the lovely mountain area of Bulgaria. The hotel facilities are properly sized - you do not have the feeling of overcrowded area. The staff is nice and smiley. Inside the rooms and in the common areas is very clean. We will visit again at first possibility.
