The bar area was colder when I asked him to turn up the temperature they pushed back everybody was wearing coats. We stayed two days housekeeping didn't show up the second day had to chase them around at 7:00 p.m.. they did not have a pool or jacuzzi. For what we paid for this visit I was rather unimpressed

Hotel is still new, so carpets are fresh and no major wear and tear that most hotels show. Beautifully decorated! Nice layout. Breakfast was good but over priced. Service was slow and they always used the excuse “I was busy”. Hmm. They have a few kinks to work out but otherwise very good. Stayed 7 nights. Parking was $15/day - so budget for that before you go. On street parking is metered and one hr at a time.

Big room with couch was great. Parking was ok Security was good re elevator/key cards Price a little high and charging for parking was excessive in this location. Air conditioning blew on one of the beds so that person was either cold or found of very dry Water very soft so difficult to feel well rinsed after shower or hand washing Staff excellent Enjoyed our stay

Our room was very nice, clean comfortable bed. Check in was good. I would like to make a suggestions, it would be nice to get a coffee in the morning as you only have espresso in the room not everyone likes espresso. We have stayed a few times now and left before you put coffee out at 6:30 as we had to leave to catch our flight.

This hotel is beautiful. The comfort is wonderful. Surface is great very clean very friendly, I don’t recommend the restaurant. The restaurant prices are terrible and food is not great. I didn’t like having to pay extra to have toast with my omelet and we went there and spent a lot of money on five of us for dinner and it wasn’t good food at all. The menu choices are very limited. I highly don’t recommend the restaurant.

The service was excellent, make sure to check with parking vehicle in front of hotel early as we ended up with a ticket best to catch the parking in the front of lobby area

Got there late but the workers were amazing getting me into my room asap. Excellent place to stay and fair price for Whitehorse.
