Besonders positiv waren die gute Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit des Zimmers und der erholsame Schlaf. Die wenigen Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad können wir bestätigen; ein mitgebrachter Saugnapfhaken war hier sehr hilfreich. Die tolle Aussicht, die idyllische Lage und der private Whirlpool waren besondere Highlights. Auch der Grill war sehr praktisch für schnelle Mahlzeiten und Snacks. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen – eine klare Empfehlung für eine erholsame Auszeit. English: Communication with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated from the start. The apartment was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We especially appreciated the excellent room darkening and the restful sleep it provided. Limited hanging options in the bathroom are true, but a suction hook we brought was very helpful. The beautiful view, peaceful location, private hot tub, and barbecue were wonderful highlights. We felt completely at home and would happily return. A highly recommended place for a relaxing stay.

Ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise! Kurzfristig umgebucht, zufällig entdeckt und was für ein Glücksgriff. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, der Kontakt zur Unterkunft war von Anfang an herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment war perfekt ausgestattet: voll ausgestattete Küche, Kaffee und Tee inklusive, hochwertige Einrichtung und das Zimmer ließ sich richtig abdunkeln. endlich mal wirklich dunkle Nächte! Das Bett war mit zwei Kissen so bequem, dass wir traumhaft geschlafen haben. Das absolute Highlight: der eigene Whirlpool. Einfach unglaublich. Hier versteht man, wie man Gäste wirklich willkommen heißt — hochwertige Ausstattung, unschlagbare Preis-Leistung und eine Herzlichkeit die man selten findet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nice spot in new buildings but they have some administrative items to work out. Our family stayed in one of the new apartments which was very modern, nice and new. It was quiet and comfortable. However, they seem to be trying to be an electronic only communication check-in process as you can only communicate via Expedia and no one would answer the phones which delayed things. Also, there was a nice coffee machine requiring coffee beans in the unit but there was no coffee and no way to request any as there were no people on the property.

Great view, nice and very modern suite, and reasonably priced, relative to Iceland prices. The hot tub was very nice to have, though set a bit too hot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great views of Akureyri and the northern lights. The room was spotless. Staff were very helpful - we asked about wine and beer as the bar wasnt open in winter. They got us a bottle of wine and some beers which was great as it was my partners birthday.

This was an amazing property! Everything about the room was very good. The hot tub made it extra special. We hope to visit Iceland again and see the contrast in Summer and would definitely stay here again!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It had a private hot tub as advertised which was wonderful. We saw the Northern lights every night we were here. No tours needed, just look out your window. It was appointed with a kitchen which we used on several occasions to get a break from the food prices lol. Overall a 10 star from me.

Just a nice property with high-end finishes. I would stay again with no question. Location was also perfect, close to the city but far enough away to not have light pollution interferring with northern lights which we got to see!

This was our favorite place that we stayed in Iceland. Private hot tub overlooking a beautiful vista. Very comfortable and modern. It was compact, but very nicely appointed. The northern lights alluded us, but this would be a great place to see them. Less than a ten minute easy drive into town.

One of the best properties we stayed at in Iceland. Well stocked with everything you need! Clean and spacious. Communication was easy with the staff. Only thing missing was the Aurora Borealis- those darn clouds Melissa Basra
