Perfectly located close to the Diocletian's Palace, we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Thankfully we were able to find this place last minute to rest and relax for a few hours before heading to the airport. Location is very close to the center, property was well maintained and there is cold fresh water tanker provided in the sharing kitchen.

A good value and location, slightly difficult to find. Rooms are small but clean, can get a little noisy when other people are coming into or out of their room. I would stay again but would most likely look elsewhere first

Perfect room for being a solo traveler. In old town, walkable to many sights. Would recommend!

A localização é maravilhosa, muito perto do portão de entrada de Cidade Velha. Perto do Porto e estação de ônibus. Para chegar parece confuso, mas melhor opção é logo após passar a farmácia tem uma entrada, parece um beco, que tem uma escadas (3 lances), anda uns 50metros e tem outra escada que dá numa praça e a esquerda é a porta do prédio de acesso aos apartamentos. O Google e que foi passado da um trajeto mais difícil.

The room was great, just big enough and the shared kitchen was tidy and clean! The building is kinda situated in a weird place so it can be hard to get a uber or a taxi, but other than that, it’s still very walkable and a good place to stay.

Muy buena habitación y excelente ubicación. Solo un pequeño problema al llegar, ya que no me mandaron los 2 códigos para las puertas de acceso.

Great location close to the port and the old city. The only problem I had was that the aircon didn’t work very well so the room was a bit warm. Otherwise it was good

Clean, good sized room with handy shared kitchen. I also really appreciated being able to hang my wet swim stuff from the line out my window- a small detail but very helpful. Very central and easy to find. Would definitely stay longer than the one night I had booked.

Very great place near old town. We had everything we needed and the place was really clean. 100% recommend.

最初は施設の地図では全くわからなくて、かなり迷いました…。おそらく坂の少ない道を選んで案内してくれてるのかなと思うのですが、最初にGoogleMAPで大体の位置を想定していたので、逆方向に歩かされるので不安になりました…。ただ、施設からの案内通りに進まないとどの目印がどこのことなのかわからないので混乱しました。ようやく見つけたものの、似たような外観のところが多いのでそこでも迷って最終階段を登った公園のようなところまで上がったところでした。 着いたらチェックインのベルを押しても誰も出てこずかなり不安になりました。Expediaで連絡しても全く返信もなく、何とかWhatsAppで施設の携帯の連絡先を登録して連絡したところ来てくれました。Whats Appは日本ではほぼ使ったことがないのですが、入れてて良かったです…。 そんな感じでチェックインに苦労したのであまり印象は良くなかったのですが、施設自体は特に気になるところもなかったです。立地としても旧市街までも歩いてすぐですし、最初は階段多いからしんどいな…と思いましたが、この街では階段のないところがないので、まだ行きやすい方なんだなと思いました。疲れ切って使ってませんが、共有のキッチンもありました。

Excellent location just a short walk from Old Town, ferry and bus station.

Great location. Would not advise trying to reach by rental car, parking is very limited and streets extremely narrow.

Hard to find, needed local help. Luxury Garden Rooms is a misnomer. There was no luxury and no garden. However the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overflowing rubbish bins outside the property over all 3 days a bad look.
