전체 평가 및 리뷰 Ripple Rotorua

전체적으로 깔끔하고, 스태프가 친절합니다. 원래 1박 예정이였는데 2박을 하게 되어 문의하니, 친절하게 응대하여 주셨고, 예약 상황 때문에 방을 옮기게 되었지만 옮긴 방도 매우 만족 스러웠습니다. 전체적으로 관리가 잘 되어있고 위치도 매우 좋은 편이니 로토루아에 놀러간다면 숙박하는 것을 추천합니다~

레인보우스프링스가 진짜진짜 가까워서 좋다 왠만한 필요시설도 갖춰져있고 화장실이 넓직했다

Everything is a bit organized well but room and pool is not big as much as photo. Just good location very close to skyline Luge.

배게에서 습기냄새?인가 심해서 첫날 좀 힘들었구요. 나머진 뭐 괜찮았어요

스카이라인 루지와 곤돌라, 레인보우 스프링스가 바로 앞에 있어서 이용하기 좋습니다. 객실 상태는 좋은 편입니다. 침대에는 보온이 되고, 전반적으로 이용하기 편안했습니다. 게임룸은 지저분하고 관리가 잘 안되어 보였습니다. 로토루아 시내까지는 차로 한 5-10분 정도 소요됩니다. 이용하기 불편한 정도는 아니었습니다.

Best time on a 2 week holiday, great people and close to attractions. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone

Lovely. Not a modern, bells and whistles hotel but all we needed.. AND a personal spa pool part of our room. Felt like a typical hotel for 1950’s era that NZ typifies for me. Lovely owner/ staff. Thanks

This is not a Hilton or Marriott, it’s a cute quaint motel. Something you would have seen all over the place in 1950’s and ‘60’s. The appliances are new and small but convenient. Room was comfortable and clean. The exceptional thing that really made it was Kitty the owner. She goes out of her way to see to your comfort and that you have a wonderful experience while you’re staying there in Rotorua. We are completely comfortable recommending this cute place to anyone.

The motel is pretty basic and a bit tired. Despite paying over $275 per night we missed out on a private spa pool. The games room and mini golf are not n dire need of refurbishment and there’s certainly no way any business would ever use this place for a conference. Its redeeming feature is that it’s opposite the luge. We’re the price halved I might recommend it but it’s a 2 star motel at a 4 star hotel price.

Location is great! We had a comfortable stay and loved the private spa, but there's room for the cleanliness to improve. The electricity also went out during our stay, but the staff were helpful can got an electrician to come fix it quite quickly.

Very dated property. No plugs near bed. No shampoo/soap/etc.

The property seemed not maintained, spa and pool blocked off, games room locked . Lovely to have the Skyline gondolas and facilities within walking distance.

Close to the outings we had planned in the area. Very clean and front desk lady was very friendly.
