Parfait

We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain suggested this wasn't a new issue. The fridge door didn't close properly and had to be slammed. Some of the kitchen items seemed to be missing considering the apartment would sleep 4: there was only 1 glass, 3 cups, 2 teaspoons and no breakfast bowls. It was reasonably clean but fairly run down and very overlooked by apartments opposite. It also said it had a balcony but really it was a small patio at ground level in a courtyard.
