Good location! We were in two different apartments in the building. Upstairs had cooling air conditioning (smaller apartment), but only roof windows… downstairs (larger apartment) had windows that could be opened and to see outside, but the air conditioning was a fan. The upstairs apartment was “newer” than the downstairs one. Good communication with the owner. Close to lots of restaurants, short walk to attractions. The reservation must be paid in advance, so do not select the option to pay on site.

The place was clean and spacious. Walking distance to Old Town.

Stayed bere with husband and friend. We were very happy. Great location in Jewish Quarter, aboit 15mins walk from Krakow Old Town. Lots of taxis, buses & trams available close by if you needed them. Comfy beds, clean bedding & no bad smells. Bathroom was clean, shower was nice and powerful with fab temperature range. Kitchenette was clean, with 4 of everything. Some tea bags, coffee & sugar was provided (though we took our own Yorkshire tea because, you know, its the best!). Good under counter size fridge, microwave & even a small washing machine. Wifi was good too, no issues there. Apartment is on the top floor of a 4 storey block. No loft (this didnt effect us). There is a code to the vlock, then a code to the apartment & a code for each bedroom. Main entrance corridor smells like cigarettes, but not in our apartment, so no complaints there. Building is shared with residents, so could occasionally here a child shouting, but this is normal/expected for apartmsnts. Only teeny criticism is that it says that you will get sent access codes 72hrs before check in & we didnt, so i worried slightly that we wouldnt get them. I emailed & messaged on here & didnt hear anything. However, the day before i telephoned via WhatsApp & they answered immediately & said i would get Access Code text that evening (which i did & it was very clear). If itd have know it'd be 11/24hrs before, id have been happy, but was teeny concered as it said 72hrs. Other than that very happy, book!

Posizione semi Centrale nel quartiere ebraico Kazimierz, arredi moderni e confortevoli, in realtà le stanze erano 2 per un totale di 5 posti letto e noi eravamo 7 ma ci sono stati forniti materassi e biancheria aggiuntivi. Ovviamente in questo modo lo spazio si riduceva notevolmente ma essendo ampi non è stato un problema insormontabile. Lo consiglierei a famiglie con bambini. Gestione molto disponibile. Ci tornerei

It was not very clean. Bugs were flying in the room when I checked in.

First of all it is terrible for sabbath observers as everything is motion sensitive and the owner told us to just figure it out instead of shutting off the sensors and no keys to doors As well he was very difficult to deal with when he through us out in middle of sabbath claiming we only booked one night when in reality we booked 2

Für meinen Aufenthalt hatte ich eine Möglichkeit gesucht, direkt im "alten" jüdischen Quartier zu wohnen um von dort aus das "alte" Krakow zu erkunden. Das habe ich gefunden. Von dort aus ist wirklich jede touristische Sehenswürdigkeit - mühelos auch zu Fuß - zu erreichen. So zentral gelegen - in dieser Qualität - für einen so günstigen Preis, unschlagbar. Sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl keine Rezeption vor Ort, war ein Ansprechpartner jederzeit per Handy zu erreichen.

The property was in a central location to all parts of krakow that we wanted to see. Transfer from the airport was perfect with this being our first trip to krakow and communication from Rainbow Apartments excellent. Would highly recommend - thank you for a great stay 😊

great little flat in a fabulous location, well equipped kitchen, spotless bathroom, large flat screen TV, all at a reasonable price ... well recommended.

It was nice that we been offered pick up from the train station, and great that we could to choose pickup location. We found out that owner wasn't happy about the fact that some previous travellers, did not say anything to the owner and then complain on the website about problems they met. We found this very unprofessional but we did not care at the time. On the first day one of the guests from another apartment had to complain about internet, as 1hour after check-in someone came to our apartment to check internet connection. During other days we found some problems with internet but it was not affected us as we had mobile internet. Apartment is in god location and very spacious with neutral design, kitchen appliances (Inc. smelling & dirty wash machine) which I think explained very bad smell of all the towels we been provided. There was no cleaning products or spare toilet rolls supplied. (with no housekeeping service is a big minus). Just before our check out I meet owner and been asked if our female friends staying with us, as we had paid only for 2 people. Our friend (only 1) came for approx. 2hours day before to say bye to us as she lives in Krakow. It was very unprofessional and seem that owner is interesting only in getting money. If he had bad reviews before and moan about it to us, why he did not call/ text or asked in person when he seen us to find out how is our stay and if we need anything? It will be more professional and politer.

O apartamento é muito bom, limpo, agradável e com boa internet. No entanto, o check in foi terrível. Na compra, somos informados de que devemos entrar em contato com o anfitrião porque não há recepção no local. Eu enviei 3 emails durante a semana anterior ao checkin e telefonei 3 vezes. Ao atender minhas ligações, o anfitrião pedia para eu enviar email. Apesar de eu enviar os emails, estes não foram sequer respondidos. Viajei no sábado à noite, do Brazil para Polônia. Tentei contato no sábado antes de partir mas não consegui falar com ninguém. Reportei isso ao hoteis.com. Meu vôo atrasou e enviei novo email ao anfitrião informando sobre o atraso. Não houve resposta. Ao fazer escala em Copenhagen pela segunda-feira de manhã, tentei um novo contato por telefone. Fui informado que minha reserva havia sido cancelada porque eu não apareci!!!!!! Disse a ele que havia avisado por email. Ele se recusou a verificar no momento da ligação e desligou o telefone. Após 25 minutos telefonei novamente para o anfitrião. Então ele confirmou a reserva e me disse onde pegar as chaves. Ao pegar as chaves, entrei no prédio e não sabia o número do apartamento, porque não estava escrito na reserva. Tive, então, que andar 15 minutos com malas até a estação de trem mais próxima para ter free wifi e ligar para o anfitrião novamente. Ele, então, me disse o número do apartamento e a partir daí correu tudo muito bem. O único problema da minha hospedagem foi o péssimo check-in.
