Before we had even arrived our host was advising and helping us. Couldn’t do enough for us. You couldn’t get a better location and the apartment was very well equipped. The beds were very comfy as was the sitting area. I had thought the outside terrace was part of the apartment but is on the next floor up and communal. But the views were amazing! Plenty of hot water for showers!

This apartment has a good location, but I had a very bad experience. Two days before check-in, on December 30, I contacted the person in charge and was informed that my apartment had been changed to a smaller one without prior notice, and that I would receive only a 10% refund. When I arrived, the previous guests had taken the key, and I had to go pick it up myself because it was not delivered to me. There were no instructions on how to use the internet, so I had to call again to get an explanation. The property was advertised as a hotel on Expedia, but it is not a hotel—it is an apartment. The shower water temperature constantly fluctuates between very cold and very hot. If you want a centrally located place, it may be acceptable, but communication with the guest is very poor.

Muy cómodo, grande y bien ubicado, a unos pasos de todo. Me volvería a quedar en definitiva. Lo que sí recomiendo es ponerse en contacto con el personal para hacer check in, ya que en mi caso lo hice el mero día u no entendía cómo marcar el número que me daban de teléfono.
