호텔은 추웠고, 라디에이터가 기본 옵션이 아닌 하루에 5달러를 주고 빌려야 했습니다. 직원은 매우 친절했습니다.

En terminos generales en hotel es decente pero hubo cosas que no me gustaron, por ejemplo, yo reserve una suite por 5 noches y el primer dia me dieron una habitación noral con un baño que tenía un olor terrible de 2x2, una habitación parecía un hostal, el cual no me parece justo ya que yo pague 5 noches de suite y ni se disculparon. Por otra parte, la atención del personal es muy mala, escasamente hablan, en teoría viene incluido el desayuno pero nunca hay tes o agua caliente disponible. El aseo de la habitación es mínimo, apenas tienen la cama, la ducha fatal ya que salia agua por todas partes y la llave del lava manos estaba rota. En términos generales es como quedarse en un Airbnb pero aun precio mayor ya que no hay servicio de nada

Excellent location! We were within easy walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Central Market, local museums, and plenty of great restaurants. The breakfast was a great perk, and the staff were wonderful—we had no trouble communicating with them via a translation app. Highly recommended for the convenience and hospitality!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room we booked was not what it was advertised. It was very outdated and overall dirty. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the shower did not drain at all and due to how small it was, immediately started flooding the entire bathroom. The bathroom also had a lingering smell that would not go away. We had to leave after one night but kept our reservation, and when we returned the following day the room was cleaned despite us having the do not clean sign, and even worse the door was left ajar. The staff was communicative in the beginning, but once we brought these issues forward had no explanation. We immediately cancelled our reservation and lost money. Unfortunately we did not receive any message from the manager despite our messages.

The Andean Palace has an amazing group of staff who respond right away on Whatsapp. Their attention was directed towards guests. For the price the hotel does the job. The bathroom is very small, uneven water temperatures, and some old flooring. There are not many lights at the hotel so it is rather dark at night especially coming back from tours. Lastly, the room doors had windows with unsealable cracks along with a simple metal key to keep the door locked. The breakfast was very simple and was served late on our first day. It wasnt great. Fruit and bread primarily.

Quarto sem isolamento termico

Las 3 primeras noches nos tocó la habitación principal y era muy linda, las 2 últimas noches nos cambiaron a una habitación que era muy fea, sin ventanas, el baño con olor feo, la ducha no andaba bien, el TV solo funcionaba por bluetooth. Las personas súper amables y atentas a nuestras necesidades

Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal, el lugar súper cómodo y limpio, manteniendo la esencia de la época pero con mejoras de seguridad. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. El desayuno bueno,no muy variado pero rico.

Ótima localização em uma rua tranquila próxima à Plaza de Armas. Funcionários atenciosos. O quarto era bem amplo e com camas confortáveis. Tivemos problemas com a água do chuveiro que às vezes ficava fria repentinamente e com um vazamento no box do banheiro, mas no geral a estadia foi boa.

Hotel staff was incredibly knowledgable with the area and provided tons of helpful information throughout stay. Hotel itself provided all necessary amenities one needs and was in a safe area walking distance from city center.

We arrived and our room had a plumbing problem, so the manager put us in a different hotel near by. We only wanted to rest and shower after a long flight from EU. Then the next day we came back to the hotel and the room looks nice, but we realized the big window to the balcony didn't have any isolation. Which took us to suffer very cold nights at in the room, plus we heard the noisy, busy street below us. Not only that, they want us to pay for a heater 15$S per night, insane. Breakfast is very basic, coffee, tea, cereal, bananas, bread and a couple slices of coldcast, not good at all. That place has potential, but it needs works from the management.

The staff was amazing. They helped in every way possible to make the stay great. Would recommend to anyone.
