Everything was really good, room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great. We stayed for three nights, the apartment is walking distance to all the central sites and the bus / metro is very convenient to navigate as there is a bus stop close by. There is a mercadona outside and the local cafes are fantastic. Really good stay.

Muy buena ubicación y accesible a pie y en autobús. Tienes que descargar una aplicación para el check in, lo que lo hace un poco complicado, sin embargo, esta funciona también como llave de la habitación y no tienes que hacer nada en alguna recepción física. El alojamiento está impecable.

Sauberes Zimmer, der Check-in hat reibungslos geklappt, die Küche war voll ausgestattet, es gab eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine (haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt). Das Bett war bequem, es hat ein wenig gequietscht. Das Bad war sauber und renoviert. Das was uns gestört hat war, dass die Eingangstür im EG immer so laut zugeklappt ist, dass man es in Zimmer ständig gehört hat. Hier müsste man für die Schließung einen Türdämpfer einbauen.

The location was excellent, close to the shops and restaurants.The property was immaculate and very close to Metro and other major tourist attractions.

The room was clean, comfortable and hotel easy to check in to. Staff were polite and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. kitchen with all equipment to prepare and cook food. Excellent location within walking distance of the city (20 minutes to the Valencia Cathedral) and close to the Jardin del Turia. Grocery store close by and cafes. Highly recommend staying here.

Place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, check-in very easy, great location very close to historic center and easy access to public transportation and grocery store. Quiet. Hot water plenty for a long shower for one person.

The room was ok the balcony tooo small. If you need something need to do it through the website.I don’t like the poor security in this reservation anybody was there if someone see the door open can go inside.

das Zimner war gut eingerichtet, jedoch nicht wirklich Sauber da kann man daran arbeiten störend war dass der Zugandscode erst kurz vor check in bekannt wird, bringt so ein fader Beigeschmack die Lage hingegen ist top schnell auf dem Bus und U-Bahn deshaln auch ein Gut als brwertung was fehlt ist eine möglichst das Gepäck aufzubewahren damit man den rest vom Tag noch geniessen könnte

Excelente custo-beneficio. Ambiente amplo, ótimas instalações, materiais novos, localização muito boa. Únicos pontos que sugiro verificar melhor: - Limpeza no ambiente/chão da maquina de lavar roupa pode melhorar. - Falta de gancho para toalha de rosto no banheiro e apoio. - O desconhecimento da equipe/ou não informação de local adequado para armazenar malas bem perto (Estació d’autobusos de Valencia - Av. de Menéndez Pidal, 11 - ao lado do Nuevo Centro com o El Corte Inglés).

Fabulous apartment. So spacious and with everything you need for a short or long stay. Great shower with both a waterfall and normal option. Huge too. Bed very comfortable and option on pillows and a throw on the sofa for cosy TV watching. Great 7th floor terrace with tables and chairs. Take your own drink up there and relax. Bar opposite, Mercadona a few centres across the road, and turn left out of the building for Riccardo’s restaurant - a must. Easy to walk along Calle de Quart to the old town heart with lots to see. A must is the Central Market. Visit lots! So much to see and do in this wonderful city and with the beach a short bus ride away. Two small things to fix: threshold (floor strip) into bathroom needs sticking down (trip hazard), and the panels (kick boards) in the kitchen area and falling down.

Good for a week

Costo fue alto comparado con otras propiedades, un sofá cama fue su solución. No eran nada cómodas las camas o colchones. Se atascaba el agua de la regadera. El lavabo se veía vencido.

The property looks way better in pictures. It’s very small, the balcony is tiny. I don’t even know where the big balcony shown in the pictures is.It’s far from any dining. Not convenient for walking to places. There is a washer but no dryer. The stay was okey. Didn’t exceed our expectations. I wouldn’t book it again.
