Clean room, excellent staff, excellent breakfast options. Great bar and service. Overall very good stay.

Room was fine The service was very slow. It took porters over an hour to bring our bags down. On site Restaurant food was sub par and service terrible. All meals were buffet style. However the most of the food was not refilled, tables did not have any cutlery or napkins. Even juice glasses were not provided. I will not recommend this property!

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Front staff were efficient and friendly. It was great to visit town after long time and hotel was the perfect place to meet friends after all these years. I will certainly recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

Room was clean and neat. Staff were polite and courteous. Amenities were good. Overall was a good experience. It could have been great if not for the following - shower door is half open which floods the bathroom, no universal charging points, telephone call routing and room service is very slow. So one star less.

Excellent hotel - very clean and attentive staff. It started off at the reception - warm welcome. The room is spotless. The shower/toilet was actually very very clean! Nice view of the river from our bedroom window. Food was on point. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this hotel,

Not he ideal location. Can see others terrace which is adjacent to the property. Staff, cleanliness and food was outstanding

Hotel is under construction and I had to hear construction noises through the day! I was rudely woken up at 6:50am on Sunday as the channel music got connected to the PA system in the room!!! The Junior Suite I booked was no different from the regular room

Hotel is brand new and still under construction, few amenities that are advertised are not there: 1. No gym 2. No bar 3. Restaurant is limited Would not recommend even though room was very nice
