The view from the rooftop was A M A Z I N G !!! We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious and complementary breakfast very delicious!!!

Property is very clean, hotel views are amazing, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Pool is very small, it’s inconvenient having to go thru the restaurant to go outdoors to the pool area, pool is mainly for kids.

El hotel es muy bonito. El personal de recepción es sumamente amable caso contrario del restaurante, considero que sería mejor que cobraran el desayuno en lugar de incluirlo en la reserva ya que los empleados del restaurante se desviven por los que no son huéspedes y a los que nos hospedamos ahí a penas y nos volvían a ver y con mala cara. Completamente decepcionante encontrarse con este tipo de personas en un lugar tan bonito y con tanto potencial.

Our room was super clean( thanks to Adriana, she’s such a sweet heart). The breakfast was a bit repetitive, it’s basically the same thing every day except they change only one item on the menu. The refrigerador in our room didn't really work, I bought milk for my daughter and it went bad the next day. Everyone in the staff were really courteous and helpful except for this one lady(she works in the restaurant). The air conditioning was a life saver 10/10! Over all 8/10 Thank you HBlue for this great experience.

En general muy bien, la alberca muy pequeña, quizá solo para niños

Súper bonita habitación limpia, amplia, vista espectacular, camas cómodas, personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico, lindas vistas en el restaurante, excelente relación calidad precio. Lo único que no me gustó es que la alberca está en medio del restaurante y no hay privacidad

El servicio al cliente es muy amable y respetuoso. Todas las instalaciones muy bonitas y de buena calidad. Muy limpio. Terraza y vista al malecón muy bonita también. Lo único que le falta es una alberca más grande en una área más segura. Desayunos muy ricos. 😎

Great view from balcony, customer service and location. Breakfast was tasty and the view from the restaurant is amazing!

Roof top bar was really nice!

Loved the cleanliness through out and prompt assistance in the restaurant, the reception and even housekeeping. The distance to the malecón is only one mile away; about a15-20 min walk. Did not like the debris as you look out the windows towards the beautiful ocean. Did not like the swimming pool right outside the restaurant. Anyone eating in the restaurant can see you swimming right out the window. We did not use the pool.

Deberían darle prioridad a los huéspedes sobre los que reservan en el restaurante pero en general buena atención y buena comida
