Below standards should not be advertised on Expedia as any star hotel- no working shower which is basic requirements for a hotel

The room didn’t appear finished. There was cockroach…the water don’t work. The pool didn’t even look like a pool at all and it looked dirty. I ended up staying one night and lost my $312 because they don’t do refund. I was booked for 10 nights but stayed only one night and got myself another hotel.
