The whole experience was my first time at this hotel and it was wondeful; very, very good. The Manager (Manoj Kumar) runs the place well and his general exemplary conduct and attitude seems to run through all his staff. On my first day, I turned up much earlier than my designated check-in time but Manoj was very welcoming and even offered to let me relax in the restaurant and recover from my long journey getting there. Not only that, he then ensured that the room was ready much before scheduled time. He extended the same courtesy when I was due to check-out. IN short, the professional and polite conduct stood out clearly. The place was clean, the staff were very polite, smartly dressed and courteous. There was no problem with the rooms; and the location is thankfully in a peaceful spot. I will definitely be going back to this hotel as my first preference whenever I am in Panjab again.

Everything.. the best costumer service, rooms were very very clean including bathrooms, comfortable beds, rooms are very quiet and comfy. Food is great in the restaurant and the staff . We stayed for 7 days.

Friendly and attentive staff in all areas. Can get to Phagwara shopping centre by tuk tuk in 10 mins 150 rupees. Decent restaurant. Gym has all essential equipment. Safe environment. Had the suite with extra room which was useful to relax in, there were 3 of us.
