A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The arrival (at night) was magical - the landscape and lighting unfold to welcome you. The entire time the concierge was available via WhatsApp and helped with everything from arranging drivers to aid for Bali Belly.

A mixture of heritage & modern. The place is huge but not to worry there’s a buggy when you need. The entrance is a distance away to the reception. Top notch service by the staff. Food and Spa was great too and the view from your room is just breathtaking. I was alone in this trip.
