Se avessi potuto dare zero stelle l' avrei fatto! Personale pessimo, una volta ottenuto il denaro dopo la prenotazione non ti preparano la stanza per tempo e devi aspettare. Quando prenoti ti chiedono di pagare in contanti più soldi! Non sono cordiali e non salutano... Evitate o assicuratevi di mettere bene in chiaro le cose... Purtroppo era uno dei pochi hotel che accettava ospiti stranieri....

Filthy room, incredibly rude staff who are slow to respond to the multitude of issues including broken shower, dirty toilet, disgustingly stinky kettle, very stained sheets. The room wasn’t even ready by 6pm when we tried to check in. The young manager is nice but the others are awful and will give you a terrible attitude when you ask for them to help. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and rarely even leave reviews but this one was exceptionally bad so warranted a review so others don’t make the same mistake as us.
