방이 매우 편안하고 넓었습니다. 다음에도 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

가장 매력적인 곳은 13층 옥상입니다. 옥상에서 바라보는 일몰과 아름다운 풍경은 정말 아름답습니다.

넓고 편안한 객실, 가장 좋은 객실에는 옥상이 있고 여성을 위한 흥미로운 전망을 갖춘 수영장이 있습니다. 여기를 추천합니다. 신의 뜻에 따라 랑카위에 다시 오면 여기에 머물 수 있습니다 🫰

402,404호, 406호실은 모든 것, 모든 것, 모든 것이 재난입니다. 평가가 어떻게 주어지는지는 모르겠지만 호텔은 별 한 개도 받을 자격이 없습니다. 객실에서 냄새가 나고, 온수가 안 나오며, 아침에 바퀴벌레가 나옴

객실 장식은 4성급 호텔이지만 서비스는 3성급에 불과합니다. 방에 도착하기까지 공기청정기 한 병을 구하는 데 몇 시간이 걸렸습니다.

복도를 지나 방으로 가는 길에 불빛이 매우 어두워서 호텔에 귀신이 들린 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 우리는 518호실에 머물렀습니다. 밤 3시쯤 벽을 두드리는 소리가 들렸습니다. 욕실에는 거울에 여러 번 무서운 글씨가 쓰여 있었습니다. 거울에는 손바닥 자국도 있었습니다. 하지만 어쨌든 방은 매우 넓고 편안했습니다. 다만 호텔 분위기는 불빛이 어두워서 약간 으스스했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고 협조적이었습니다.

위치, 풀룸 모두 최고입니다... 수영장은 정말 위에서 바다가 보입니다. 매우 평화롭습니다... 체크인부터 오후 6시까지 미니바 교체를 위한 서비스는 5번 미만입니다. 체크아웃까지 춥지 않고, 미니바도 시원하지 않고, 관리나 연락도 없고.. .

체크인 및 체크아웃 절차는 훌륭하고 빠릅니다. 직원들은 최선을 다하고 정중하게 일하며, 객실의 청결도가 깨끗하고, 특히 객실의 발코니와 루프탑에서 보이는 전망이 매우 아름답습니다. 방에 들어가기를 기다리는 동안 꽤 덥기 때문에 관리인에게 로비의 에어컨이 유지되고 있는지 확인해달라고 요청하세요. 하지만 전체적으로 별점 4.5/5개 드립니다. 모자를 벗어!!

Bilik yang kemas, bersih dan cantik, view dari bilik yang hebat dan rooftop mengagumkan. Proses masuk dan keluar juga cepat. Sarapan juga ok serta banyak pilihan. Cuma di lobi saja aircond tak sejuk. Sementara tunggu bilik siap, anak-anak dah bising panas. Tapi untuk keseluruhan skor saya dapat simpulkan 8.5/10 bintang! Saya pasti akan stay di Goldsand lagi. ❤️

The view outside of the hotel was so-so. BUT the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was spacious and big with comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast spread was just OK. Recommended. Definitely will come again.

Don't be fooled by the hotel exterior which might look old and rundown, wait until you see the room condition! I booked the Superior Room which I didn't expect much. Turns out it was way beyond expectation! The room was very spacious, clean and beautifully arranged. Perfect for even long business stays and vacation as well. Breakfast was delicious and had wide selection on the first day (Friday). However on the second day (Saturday), main course section was closed due to low occupancy, so I was asked to order at the counter either Malay (Nasi Lemak) or Western (American Breakfast). I ordered the American Breakfast, but the downside to this was that the main course portion was quite small and I can only order once! Other than that, food was still delicious though.

Recommended susuai gambar saya pesan 1 bet dikasih 2 bet, alasan kamar penuh padahal sepi-sepi aja.

The hotel room is great but the bathing experience is worse as there is no hot water at all, you cannot compensate the room for the water heater as there is barely any hot water to shower. The hotel management said this is how they have been operating as their heater is located at level 13 and any room that is at level 10 and below will not get any hot water due to their system. If you are someone who needs hot water to shower or even warm water to shower please don't book this hotel as you will regret your stay. My 2 year and 5 year got fever as they showered in cold water. One of the worse hotel I've ever stayed.
