The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues. The rooms had mosquitoes, water leak from the side of the stairway, creating safety and slipping hazard and the internet connection does not reach all of the rooms. We met and reported all our issues with the office management, as well as emailed our concerns to them. Given the issues across both units, this accomodation was absolutely not worth the money spent. We spent a significant amount of money expecting a comfortable stress free vacation, instead we spent our time dealing with maintenance issues, moving units, and managing pests. The price we paid does not match the substandard experience provided.

The location was great. Walking distance to Wright Park. The staff was attentive. We did have some problems with the toilet flushing properly in two of the bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.
