A staff Goal was very kind and nice. we lated arrival almost 1 hour than when we told arrival time. but he was waiting us without any complaints. I'm really appreciate that. And also the apartment was clean and cozy. close to district 1 so easy to go.

i must thank gawayn! he is the best staff ever. i can not thank you enough for yr help!! the room i stay is clean and compact. the only thing i could complain is the bed is not that comfortable. except that, everything was good. location is also great that is easy to connect anywhere and clean enough!

Great place to stay. I've stayed at this place for more than two weeks and there was no problem at all, save for some noise from outside which you just have to bear with in HCMC. Staff were extremely helpful, especially staff Goal who helped me thoroughly with everything you might need in an extended stay. I don't think I might have gotten the level of help I got from Mr. Goal even if I stayed at a five star hotel. Very friendly, very helpful. Highly recommended!

체크인을 할때가 힘들어서요 들어가서는 만족해요

지어진지 얼마 안된 건물이라 깔끔합니다. 주방도 있어서 라면사와서 끓여먹기 좋음. 1층에 편의점있음. 여행자거리까지 택시비 6만동수준 (도보 이동도 가능 15분정도 소요) 수영장도 넓음 (담배꽁초하나가 떠다녔음) 복도에 고수냄새가 진동함

좋습니다!!~~다른 호텔들과는 달리 청결하고 꿉꿉하지도 않으면서 이용하는데 편리합니다 1층에 편의점이 위치해 있어서 언제든지 필요한 먹거리 및 용품들을 살 수 있습니다 저는 2번째 이용 인데 아주 만족스럽네요

주변에 음식점이 없는거 말고는 전체적으로 괜찮아요

actually i didnt expect too much. because price was cheap. but when i saw the room. it was fantastic. clean and kitchen tools so we can enjo to cook. and most important is convenience traffic. that part is centre ho chi min city. so we can go anyway easily. furthermore staff is very kind. we got a lots of information from him. anywsy i recommend strongly. ~^^

천장공사로 잠이 불편했어요

The room was a decent size for 1-2 people, clean and comfortable. AC worked well, there was a large modern fridge and microwave and stove top. The mattress was too firm for my liking but that a personal choice

We thought we booked an apartment at a hotel. When we arrived we figured out that the apartments are privately owned, but they short term rent them out which has been illegal in HCMC since last year. The first night we were relocating to a different apartment due to “aircondition not working” in the one we booked. The room was small, not that clean and und general unmaintained. The next day we got “our” apartment, but it was not the one we booked. It was smaller and the quality was below what we expected. We were not allowed to use the pool unless we wrote to our host, and then she would have to do something. In general not recommendable at all to stay at any of the apartments in the Rivergate Residence Apartments. Also based on what we heard from other turists.
