Nice, bright apartment. You could easily use it as a temporary residence. Small but very adequate kitchen and living room. Large bedroom. Washer/dryer combo. There’s a bit of street noise but was not a problem for us. Good dining nearby including fine dining, coffee places and a good vegetarian restaurant (El Huerto). Everyone was friendly and Ivan the manager was friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed here twice and would definitely do it again.

Such a comfortable stay! The apartment was large, even had a washer/dryer. I don’t know much Spanish so I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff, but every person I dealt with was wonderful and such a pleasure. Communication was clear and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. Very close to lots of shops and places to eat and public transit. I felt like I was at home.
