객실은 깨끗했으나, 좁은편임 특히 샤워부스

My room was on the 7th floor and the elevator only runs to the 6th floor. So i had to hand carry my heavy luggages up the stairs. The breakfast was good, and the free laundry facility was useful.

Great place for a short stay the self check-in and check out made it very easy

Convenient location. Access to transportation. Basic room, clean and well maintained.

Value for money. Though it says it was a 6 minute walk from the main train station, it would be hard to go to this apartment with our luggages. We had to take a cab when we reached Kebi restaurant as there were a lot of stairs to pass through. We survived the 1st one but wouldn't dare to carry our heavy luggages over 100 steps. The good thing about the apartment is that it has laundry but you have to bring your own detergent. Also, got this apartment since there's a tram (tram no. 10) that stops in front of the apartment that goes directly to the airport. Though it is also noisy at night but the tram stops around 10 pm to 10:30 pm. Overall, it's value for money. Recommend this apartment if you are not sensitive to noise. The apartment payment can install noise proof windows. We also availed of their breakfast and Alex was very friendly.

It’s clean.

Fabulous central location. The shared kitchen was great. A fridge would have been good but I understand why it may not be practical if people leave stuff in it when they check out. The mattress was way too soft for me but everything else was great.

Room is clean as advertised

O apartamento é muito bom. Tem tudo que precisa, e a localização é muito boa. Tendo um ponto de tram em frente e o número 10 vem do aeroporto direto. A única coisa que acho que podia acontecer é ter checkout às 12 horas e não as 10 horas que é muito cedo. E não adianta ter uma cafeteira no quarto sem as cápsulas. E o ar condicionado embora tem o controle no quarto, a temperatura não altera. E outra coisa que faltou na cozinha compartilhada é uma torradeira. Obrigada! Mas ficaria novamente

Quarto limpo, mas a cama é encostada na parede, achei complicado. A pressão do chuveiro é boa, mas o banheiro é minúsculo e escorrega demais, é menor que o banheiro de um navio de cruzeiro. A localização é excelente, o ar condicionado funciona bem. A cama é bem mole, mas achei agradável. O anfitrião só responde via e-mail e isso pode demorar muito, estávamos viajando para várias cidades e isso foi muito dificultoso.

Long check in time, waited 2 hours for the code. The lift was broken for a whole day so walking up 5 flights of stairs was not ideal, Room was extremely hot and the aircon did not work, it turned on but doesn’t reach the bed. Had to open the window but it was noisy with the tram and construction work. Between walking up heaps of stairs and walking into a hot room. It was not ideal and could be dangerous. We went to do the laundry and there was no pods or power to use. We had to buy a big tub just for one wash. Other places provide the powder. Not worth the price

Online Check in was smooth

The air conditioner in the room was not working. We have to open the window every night. It was so hot.

Begrüßt wurden wir von einer Schiebetür die sich trotz korrektem Code nicht geöffnet hat. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend - besonders das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein! Des Weiteren hat die Klimaanlage aufgrund von Bauarbeiten nicht funktioniert - dies hatte zur Folge dass wir in einer Sauna geschlafen haben (Glücklicherweise durften wir das Zimmer am nächsten Tag aber wechseln). Die Codes zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen haben leider auch nur teilweise funktioniert. So war ein entspanntes Kartenspielen in der Lobby leider nicht möglich und man musste auf das kleine Zimmer ausweichen. Leider ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Quarto excelente, itens basicos de qualidade.

The staff at Leonhardstrasse ( MARY ) of housekeeping was excellent and very professional. She informed and assisted us when the room’s balcony door was damages prior to our checking in. She helped contact the office and helped us move in to the replacement room.

It is a modern room but a little smaller than I expected. Close to everything. My only negative comment is that the access code did not work for us to enter the building when we arrived past midnight. Luckily a resident stepped outside and we were able to enter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is centrally located, but be aware that it is uphill and if you have more than one bag, you will want to take an uber from the train station. I reached out to the hotel four months before arrival, but there was an issue where they could not see my email address even though I provided it on Expedia through messaging. They need to be more clear about the process that a guest needs to register on their website online before arrival in order to get the access code. Overall, it was a nice hotel and the room was c comfortable.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend. Leider war vor unserem zimmer eine Baustelle was es unmöglich gemacht hag mit offenem fenster zu schlafen. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn einmal während unseres aufenthaltes gesaugt worden wäre aber alles in allem eine sehr schöne unterkunft mit top lage.
