The area around the hotel is really unique and fun to explore. The only downside is that you have to walk everywhere since other transportation options are limited. The rooms are clean but very small, and there aren’t many dining options nearby. It’s a nice place overall if you don’t mind a bit of walking and smaller rooms.

The property was fine - medium grades. The problem was staff - we did not feel safe. We arrived late at night subject to a shakedown from young men who had guided us a max of 30 yards around corner to hotel entrance snd then demanded vast money sum. We offered a tip and they refused - and threatened to harm our car of we did not pay what they wanted. Hotel staff person at chech not only did not help - he got in on it. He became a negotiator asking us to up the price we were willing to oay for someone guiding us around the corner. That scared us deeply as any sense of being protected by the hotel disappeared. We cut out visit short by one day and did not trust or accept any offerings from the hotel during our stay. I dont think Wxoedia should do business with a hotel that is willing to compromise the safety of guests or at minimum is employing staff that are willing to do so. That said - this was an outlier bad experience. Most people in Marocco and at hotels were extremely fruendly snd kind. After our shocking check in experience at this hotel we went into the Medina where most places were closing. We found a street vendor who was still open. He was extremely excited to see us, had the hugest smile and best food. Out of nowhere a table and chairs materialized, and we were treated like royalty to a simple and really delicious meal with mint tea. It healed my soul much more than my stomach and restored my faith in Morocco snd its people. We choose to remember this part.

Un séjour formidable , une équipe serviable et aux petits soins pour ses clients. De bons repas partagés grâce au cuisinier Hanas , qui nous faisait découvrir les spécialités culinaires locales . La propreté est au rendez vous . Merci à toute l équipe pour cet agréable séjour

Péssima estadia. Inicialmente parecia correr tudo bem para minha estadia de 5 noites, até perceber a cilada. Os atendentes (falsamente cordiais) são os proprietários do hotel e fazem de tudo para que você compre passeios com agentes parceiros. Informei que já havia marcado todos os meus passeios com antecedência, mesmo assim só liberaram o quarto após explicações desnecessárias do agente. Me colocaram em um quarto onde não dava para abrir a porta ou sequer a mala com facilidade, além do péssimo cheiro de mofo. Não condizia com as fotos do anúncio. Pedi para mudar de quarto e informaram que estavam cheios (não era verdade). Informei na recepção que o que estava acontecendo não era correto e que iria reportar a propriedade ao Hotéis.com pela falsa propaganda. Ofereceram um drink no dia seguinte como “pedido de desculpas” e acabei pedindo apenas um suco de laranja. Depois de tomar quase metade, comecei a ficar um pouco sonolento. Sim, colocaram algo ilícito no suco. Por sorte consegui reverter a situação me hidratando. Após a terceira noite fui embora da hospedagem por não me sentir mais seguro no local! Simplesmente inaceitável

The most like about property is near by of some attraction and staff is very nice each individual. But not like about property is very noisy and small market out side where vendors selling fruit & veg. Otherwise staff is good with traditional breakfast include.

Un endroit magnifique et un personnel plus qu’attentionné.

Le Riad est magnifique, calme et très bien tenu. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et dédié. Le quartier est authentique avec ce que ça implique de choc culturel pour le voyageur occidental qui débarque dans un pays comme le Maroc. Nous n’avons jamais senti d’hostilité ou éprouve de sentiments d’insécurité. Nous nous sentions chez nous à ce Riad. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous satisfaire et rendre notre séjour plaisant. Nous y retournerons avec joie à notre prochaine visite au Maroc.

Notre séjour au Riad Lalla Zineb a été marqué par plusieurs aspects à prendre en compte avant de réserver. Tout d’abord, les chambres sont petites, mais cela pourrait convenir à des voyageurs recherchant un espace minimaliste. Cependant, l’emplacement du riad n’est pas idéal pour deux femmes voyageant seules. Après plus de dix jours passés au Maroc sans problème, c’est la première fois que nous nous sommes senties en insécurité en marchant dans les rues environnantes. Même les propriétaires et le gérant nous ont suggéré d’être accompagnées pour circuler dans les souks, ce qui en dit long sur l’environnement. Un autre point à considérer : l’accès au riad. Si vous voyagez avec de grosses valises, préparez-vous à marcher environ sept minutes en les transportant, car aucun véhicule ne peut vous déposer directement devant. De plus, si vous réservez des activités, sachez que les prestataires ne viendront pas vous chercher devant le riad, ce qui peut être contraignant. En raison de notre inconfort et du sentiment d’insécurité, nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel. Nous avons demandé un remboursement, mais celui-ci a été refusé par la direction du riad. En toute transparence, si vous recherchez une expérience sereine et sans contraintes, nous vous conseillons fortement d’opter pour un hôtel mieux situé et offrant plus de sécurité.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the local area and you walk to all the places really easily. If you really want an authentic experience you should definitely check it out

La experiencia pudo ser mala pero el profesionalismo de su manager Abdel lo convirtió en una excelente experiencia. Al llegar nos atendieron muy bien. Desde la guía para llegar. Un miembro de su staff nos buscó al lugar donde el taxi nos dejó (la ciudad tiene muchos callejones donde los coches no pueden acceder). Durante la cena Abdel nos llamó para informarnos que nuestra habitación tenía un problema técnico y que nos llevarían a otro Rihad administrados por ellos también. Así fue. Nos trasladaron a otro lugar igual o más hermoso que el anterior. Por las molestias nos ofrecieron un masaje relajante. Debido a que teníamos pocos días para visitar Marrakech pedimos quedarnos en el segundo Riad para no tener que movernos de nuevo y Abdel no dudó ni un segundo en complacernos. Después de eso siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Si vuelvo à Marrakech no dudo en volver a contactarlos ya que al administrar varios Riad tienen más opciones para resolver si algún problema o imprevisto surge.

Beautiful place but smell bad in the washrooms and outside

This area of the Medina was much more authentic than we anticipated. Lots of smells, animals, traffic etc.

Decent hotel in good location but there is no swimming pool or bar as advertised

I stayed here for 4 nights. I had had an upset stomach in the Sahara Desert and had to cancel the tour transfer for the next morning. Then, a staff member came to my room, took me to the pharmacy, and helped me buy medicine. Idriss and all the staff took care of my health and were very kind. Also, even after I recovered, l could reserve new tour here, and after returning from the tour, he picked me up , as it was located in a complicated area of ​​the medina, so I got lost. Even when there was no hot water for the shower, they responded immediately. Although it was far from the center of Medina, it was a very friendly and comfortable accommodation. It was great to be able to experience the good hammam and massage at the Riad.
