The property looked nothing like the photos—that was the first disappointment. The check-in process was chaotic. It wouldn't work from a phone browser, and the text option also failed. I had to get my laptop just to complete check-in. We were told the access code would be sent at 4PM, but it never arrived. I had to reach out via WhatsApp to finally receive it. The room quality was poor. We booked the penthouse suite, which advertised 3 rooms. Upon arrival at night, we discovered the code for one room was incorrect. In the remaining 2 rooms, there were 6 beds for 5 people, but only 3 had duvets. We had to sleep covered with towels. By the time we received the correct room code, we had already gone to bed, and there was no response regarding the missing duvets. The private toilet was in terrible condition, and there was no hot water pressure. We didn't have high expectations, but the property still managed to fall short of even basic standards.

Walls had holes in, electrical fittings broken, bulb in holder smashed off electrocution risk. Roof leaks, which had broken the fire/smoke detector. Bookcase smashed holding its self together for dear life. Shower water cold zero hot. All in all properties in habitable, if wasnt for a bank holiday weekend and all being sold out i would have moved. Do no recommend.

Property not secure, not much kitchenware, beds not comfortable, no hot water

Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided
