Fabulous hotel - great service in the restaurant,bar and at check in. Food incredible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Beautiful room with lake view. Excellent all round.

Excellent staff, food was amazing however food served on 3 very badly chipped plates, thick cobwebs in bathroom and someone else’s clothes left in the room from the previous night. Lovely hotel and have stayed several times but needs some attention to detail

Single person whilst very hard working, cheerful and helpful was responsible for the running of the hotel on his own. That means 24 hours of the day and night! There was no dining option on arrival or for the second night. Chef arrived for breakfast only.

Paid for superior room which was very tired and poor furnishings, felt anything but superior. very disappointed for the money we paid. also, booked room for three, when arrived, a room for 2 was allocated. Wouldn't return. however bar and restaurant was good
