No clear check out time, customers were checking out as they pleased (i.g. 11 am, 11.30am, 11.45am, 12am) and whoever had booked the rooms, they would give them the room after someone checked out so it took them from 5 mins - 50 mins to prepare the room. saw them give a walk-in customer a room before me even though I had arrived earlier at the room.

Room was average. The air conditioning was loud. Staff were courteous and the front desk staff were helpful.
