Det är ett två stjärnigt hotel så man kan inte förvänta sig mer. Men området är inte kul att röra sig i under kvällen, som solo kvinnlig resenär gick jag inte gärna ut efter 19. Men i grupp hade jag gjort det. Filtarna i sängen var lite luggslitna och stället ganska lyhört. Personalen var väldigt snälla och trevliga samt en bra frukost. Det är rätt kallt i lobbyn när man äter frukost för det är helt öppet mot utsidan, vara en port. Det som var förrvirrande var att namnet som Hotels.com har på sin webbsida inte stämmer överens med verkligheten så det var svårt att hitta med Google maps. De heter hotel Valle Andino finns inget ' boutique ' med i namnet.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was incredibly dirty, and the entire place felt completely unmaintained. To make matters worse, the room was swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to get any rest. The breaking point, however, was the plumbing. The bathroom had a major leak that started flooding right into the bedroom area. When I used a hotel towel to block the water and protect my belongings, the front desk actually had the nerve to charge me 20 soles for using the towel. Charging a guest for trying to contain a flood caused by their own broken plumbing is absolutely absurd. I booked this through Expedia, and honestly, their quality control has gone downhill significantly if they are partnering with properties this terrible. Save your money and your sanity, stay anywhere else.

This place calls itself Boutique Hotel on Expedia and it is misleading, since it is a very basic hotel with lots of issues (deformed mattress, little ants, hard-to-close doors). The real name is Hotel Valle Andino (this is how you locate it on google maps). It was also not the cleanest: when we checked in, there were receipts in the bathroom and empty shampoo sachets. At breakfast, we observed the lady transferring ham, cheese and bread from their plastic containers to trays, touching every single item with her hands. Isolation is very poor and you can hear everything. At the end of the day, it is fine for the price but I really didn’t appreciate the misrepresentation into a boutique hotel.

El personal necesita capacitación, la habitación está muy precaria, los muebles muy viejos, poco funcionales, el piso truena todo el tiempo, se nota que la alfombra la pusieron para esconder las deficiencias del mismo. La habitación muy fría, no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción y si hubiera el personal no está atento para ofrecértelo.

The room itself was nice enough basic 4 beds clean bathroom was fine I gave it 3 stars because it’s the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed in in my life. There are people screaming outside the window all morning starting at 5am trying to get passengers into their vans. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are a very very heavy sleeper which i am not.

Nossa estadia foi excelente do início ao fim. Os quartos eram amplos, muito confortáveis e sempre impecáveis, o que garantiu um descanso perfeito. A equipe se destacou pela simpatia e atenção constante, sempre disposta a ajudar e a oferecer recomendações úteis. Além disso, a localização do hotel é perfeita, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse. Sem dúvida, voltaremos em nossa próxima visita e recomendamos totalmente.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the very first moment, we received excellent service from the staff, who were always attentive and willing to help. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and made with high-quality products. Without a doubt, it is a place we would return to and highly recommend.

Extremely small room and bathroom. Simple and very limited breakfast. Breakfast finish at 8:30 am. Check out at 10 am - very early. Noice place.

It was a relatively small hotel. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. The breakfast wasn't bountiful but it was a good start to the day. Bread, fruit, eggs made to order, fresh orange juice coffee and tea. The room felt a little small and since there is no heater it was a little bit chilly. The beds have about four blankets on them. But then you're hot and you get cold and hot again. The shower had good water pressure but took 30 seconds to a minute to get hot. When you come out you are very cold. The location was about 10 to 12 minutes walking from the main square. Also this location is right outside where the Vans are to take you to Ollaytaytambo. It's convenient if you need to take one but annoying because every time you walk outside they're asking if you need a ride.
