Do not book this hotel as a prepaid Expedia room. We showed up to check in and the front desk told us they never received the money from Expedia. They refused to let us stay there without paying a second time. Expedia chat help was useless. We ended up paying a second time to stay in the room. Not sure where the break down was, but I will be disputing the original charge with my bank.
