Excellent sevices Offers coffee and croissant

Nous avons été déçus de constater que le déjeuner fourni étaient des muffins et des biscuits aux pépites de chocolat avec du café. Il me semble qu’ils auraient pu mentionner qu’ils servaient « une collation » et non un déjeuner. Nous venions pour un séjour de 5 nuits et devions retourner a l’accueil à chaque jour car nos cartes de chambres se démagnétisaient. Nous avons demander de faire le ménage de la chambre à une seule reprise et celui ci devait se faire pendant notre absence entre 10:00 et 18:00 mais la femme de ménage est plutôt venu à 18:30 alors que nous revenions nous changer et prendre une douche avant le souper; de sorte que le ménage n’a pas été fait convenablement. Points positifs : les matelas étaient très confortables et les chambres bien insonorisées.

For me at first I thought it was a motel which did not give that impression online so when I first saw it I was like nope not for me because a part of it does look like a motel and seeing it from the outside it can be misleading to others but once I got in the room it was cozy quiet clean and comfy can’t say 100% I would stay there again but my stay for one night was okay.

Enough parking Grab and go breakfast only includes coffee with croissants and muffins that perhaps no one likes Internet/wifi is really bad No bins in the room.

The Hotel is in a strategic location, close to many highways. There's ample parking, rooms were clean, with many amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and very courteous and ready to help in any situation. Breakfast was simple but appreciable and coffee and tea was always available. It's highly recommended for anyone and I will definitely stay again whenever I'm in Toronto.

Please be very careful with this property, they are selling it on Expedia as breakfast included but is reality is NOT. They don’t even have a place for breakfast, the lobby is very small and in the morning the have very few muffins and coffee in that small place, no tables or chairs to sit on, on our first morning, my wife & I and my 2 kids age 4 & 5 got to the lobby asked the lady at the front desk where is breakfast served, she said here, I looked around, saw one tiny corner, with only muffins and coffee, NO EGGS, NO FRIUTS, NO PANCAKES, NO YOGURT. ETC We looked at each other, there was another man there with 2 older children sitting down when we got there, as there was no tables or chairs, they decided to give us the only 3 or 4 chairs in the reception where breakfast is being served, Though we told them not to worry, I took coffee in a cup and we left and never went back there again for their so called breakfast, is nothing but a scam, please watch out.

There’s nothing bad I can say about this place to be honest, I really can’t. I would recommend it to anyone else

Paper thin walls, hard to lock the doors, can't figure out how to control tv volume, holes in drywall. Overall not perfect, but you get what you pay for. That's baseball

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the property was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was the breakfast. The hotel advertises that it offers breakfast, but it consisted only of coffee, tea, muffins, and cookies. It would be more accurate to specify exactly what is included rather than simply advertising “breakfast,” as it may not meet guests’ expectations. With clearer wording, future guests will know what to expect

Clean room and nice staffs. Plenty of parking space and convenient location.
