Off the bat. The check in was one of the worst and longest check in I have ever experienced. This was a paid reservation and all my requirements was met. ...nothing on hotel that state I must leave a cash deposit. To hold my room. My card was on file so why they force it on me I dont know. Room was literally like sleeping in a smoke zone. Nothing but cigarettes smell for days. Staff was not helpful. For any traveling family dont stay here. Not safe for kids breathing in all that smoke. Also the room was very loud and can hear people from all over the city in your room. Smh.

Let me start off by saying that the staff was great and helpful and tried to accommodate as best as possible. However, unfortunately, they do allow smoking inside of the hotel so the whole place smells like cigarettes. They also allow smoking in many of the rooms which smelled horribly of smoke. For a nonsmoking family it made staying here difficult
