could not communicate at all with the property after my car accident. I am still unable to walk days after the crash and they are the only ones who refuse to refund me among all the other 6 hotels of my trip. And as I said, even with the interference with the travel agent who was excellent, they just did not respond at all.

O quarto da reserva não estava disponível. Já estava ocupado com outro hópede. Me deram um outro lugar pra ficar diferente do planejado e reservado.
