Great location and helpful staff.

The room was clean but VERY COLD. I booked a superior room because it had a king size bed and heat a sofa and a small table and chairs. When we checked they gave me a very small room with a queen size bed and told me the one I booked wasn’t available because someone else arrived earlier than I did white the room. They gave me a different room with a king size bed with a glass partition and a double bed. It was crowded and COLD. They did gave us the original room I had booked on the second night. Also freezing cold. They gave me a heater. That was way too small for the room and very ineffective. I slept in my clothes. The bathroom ceiling is full a mold, the on-demand hot water system is very poor. The water temperature was lukewarm at best. There are no towel racks and no heat so your towels don’t dry! Bars of soap are extremely tiny as is the packet of shampoo. There is only one towel per person and the bath mat is extremely slippery. The breakfast is small and not many options. You know the room is freezing cold when the staff are wearing heavy jackets. The coffee cups are very cold as well leaving you with a lukewarm warm cup of coffee. There is hot water and tea available in the reception area, but it’s too cold in there to enjoy it. The only water available on the property is for purchase. All of the other hotels we have stayed at Western Peru, and Ecuador provided drinking water in every room, if not there was a water dispenser on every level of the hotel or in the B&B

Recepção ótima

I stayed here prior to and after a Salkantay trekking experience. I was blown away by the fantastic hospitality shown to me by Miguel. I received a complimentary airport pick up and as well as a couple of bottles of complimentary drinking water. I was able to get a kettle in my room upon request, which I greatly appreciated. Miguel was very responsive to any questions I asked during my stay and booked a taxi for me to the airport upon concluding my time in Cusco. I highly recommend staying here. Exceptional customer service.
