The location of the property was good but you could tell from the outside it’s unkept

Had to switch rooms because the TV didnt work, air conditioning had a moldy smell ! Very old and needs updates!

Carpet was very dirty. Room was smelly. Washroom was not cleaned. It had cocroches and bugs. We have to pay security deposit in cash or email transfer to the person who says will return on check out. This deposit rule is not for everyone. I was not comfortable giving money in cash or email transfer to the person at reception. Location is good. Coffee shop and restaurants are close by.

A/C did not work, no hot water and very poor wifi. Staff not helpful.

I have waited all day to hear back from Expedia and motel manager about a one night refund which was agreed upon as we checked out a day early. There were problems at the site. No hot water in sink, hot water in shower after running it for a while. The toilet broke while there and on site manager came to fix it. A screen was quite torn allowing bugs in. The microwave was set in a place where it could not reach an outlet so we brought in our own extension cord. The bathroom sink was leaking so the mat was always wet. This motel is in total disrepair. I think on site staff are doing their best. When we decided to leave a day early we were promised a refund for one night. So far, motel manager and Expedia rep have not followed up to confirm how the refund will be processed. This should not take an entire day.

Disgusting. We didn't even stay. There were yellow stains on the mattress with no mattress cover and no fitted sheet. The attendant said it was fine when we refused to stay but then I saw we were still charged and they refused to refund. Terrible. It's also apparently used as homeless housing or something I'm not happy with Expedia either, Despite informing them of all of this they refused to refund anything.

Parking was good, staff seemed nice. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of places to eat near by!

Nice clean room. Lots of free parking. 2 minutes walk to fast food restaurants. Quiet. Peaceful.

I was on a long trip and they cancelled my reservation at the last minute. When I spoke to their manager, they were rude, unhelpful, and offered no explanation. I even considered reporting it to the police because of the manager's indifferent attitude.

Camera sporca e puzzolente, personale inesistente e anzi non era presente nessuno in reception al momento del nostro arrivo. Era necessario telefonare, il problema è che essendo viaggiatori dall’Italia non potevamo chiamare in Canada. Almeno il letto era pulito altrimenti non ci avrei nemmeno dormito. Le uniche cose positive sono state la presenza del parcheggio e il benzinaio vicino.

Cheap and clean. Overall good stay.

No hot water. No AC. I HAD TO leave at 5 am I was so uncomfortable. Could not reach anybody at front desk. I want a refund.

Terrible room. No hot water

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I booked what said online was one of the last rooms available a day in advance for a last minute necessity after everything else within an hour drive was booked solid. When my significant other arrived there before me to check in, the property was not very well maintained or unkept, people were outside of the rooms using drugs, and the main office building was locked at 3:00PM in the afternoon. When my S/O saw employees enter the office, she knocked on the door which was still locked and after a few minutes someone opened. Very few of the staff she interacted with spoke any english, and she was told the room we had booked was unavailable for the night. So we had to drive 45 minutes further away to find anything else. Luckily I chose to not pre-pay for the room online ahead of time, and at the time of writing I have not been charged for any amounts, which I will certainly dispute if I do. All to say it seems we dodged a bullet in the end.

They need to have better customer service and learn to not try to overcharge. Very annoyed as when my husband checked in they said the money didn’t go through yet when I first reserved the room I chose the option to pay when we get there and they tried to charge before hand. Then once the money did come out of my account they tried to get mad and say the payment didn’t go through yet it did. They tried to deny it even though we had proof that it did and tried to make my husband go get cash out. Took them about 10 minutes before they finally agreed that the payment went through. Then on day of check out (check out is 11am) the employee is going door to door at 8am seeing when people are leaving. Super unprofessional definitely wouldn’t go back

The employee who I checked in with was super friendly. He showed me to my room and let me do a quick walk around before leaving. The room was clean and tidy. It was warm even with the AC (but where isn't this summer). All in all, great place to stay on your travels, I definitely recommend.

Great place if you are travelling. They are working on it and fixing it up. Air, fridge and microwave in every room. Very quiet. It is a motor hotel keep that in mind. It's older but sufficient.

Very dirty place

Run…stay away from this property. Checked in room was dated and in need of updating. No wifi, tv and one towel for two guests. After experiencing an issue with securing room and not receiving any assistance for over 45 minutes we chose to check out and seek accommodation elsewhere.
