Very clean and close amenities

Great location, walking distance to restaurant's, shop's and waterfront. Very spacious and clean and gtrat parking.

Red George Inn is an ideal location, minutes away from everything downtown Halifax. Always felt safe, great restaurants and pubs. Did not expect such fine dining. We had beautiful weather the 3 days of our stay. Will not hesitate to book a stay with them again.

Room was hot, turned on a/c at night which then blew out electric. Worrisome. Wasn’t able to sleep. Left the next morning in the middle of a two night reservation in an area we would have liked to stay longer.

Great spot, close to everything on the waterfront, walking distance. Plenty of space in the unit.

Great location to enjoy all of Halifax!

The Red George Inn was convenient and walkable to enjoy downtown Halifax. I stayed in the governors suite which was nice. Parking is OK - down around the corner one block so keep that in mind if you have a couple of pieces of luggage. Owners were very responsive when I contacted them with a couple of questions.

Be aware of the room you are choosing. We stayed in Aft Castle room 6. The online pictures show living areas, kitchens etc but we had one very small room and small bathroom, with no additional living areas, not representative of the photos. If you have mobility issues, this is not your room, as it is three floor walk up. As well, there is very limited parking on site, with overflow parking one block away.

The room was a great location. Great communication. We asked for a later check out and they were fine with that. Overall an 8 out of 10.

Parking easy and access good for us but not if you have mobility issues. We had 2 rooms in 2 different buildings. One was exactly the same and same standard as our last visit, very good. The other, larger suite was missing certain touches e.g. very small bathroom/ shower/ no bottled water or biscuits provided. Would be nice touch to have milk in fridge rather than powdered milk. Excellent location.

The hosts were exceptionally helpful, generous, and caring ... providing navigation assistance, accommodating a late checkout, and even extending our parking privileges beyond the designated time. The Red George Inn & Suites is full of historic charm and is ideally situated within easy walking distance of both the waterfront and the Convention Centre. We loved our stay and would gladly return on a future visit.

Super easy check in, clean room in a great location with super convenient free parking! Highly recommended.

Lively air b n b. highly recommend

Tristan was very helpful upon our arrival and was quick to help with even our bags and details I missed like wifi passwords. It is a quaint suite on the 4th floor so you must be able to do stair with your bags. There is a view from the bedrooms up and down morris st and a back balcony overlooking the parking area. The location was excellent 👌 we walked the waterfront and all over the down town area as well as up to citadel hill. We had parking included which was a nice bonus! The location is close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Its an ideal location for seeing the maritime marine museum, taking the harbor hopper ( which we recommend! ) as well as many other sites of interest! The beds were comfy and the space has good character and is well equipped for longer stays with a full kitchen. We only stayed one night so didnt get to use more than cups and plates. A great little apartment style accomadation! Highly recommend!

We loved the location and opportunity to park behind our sweet. Shower was small but there. No sugar to coffee. Overall excellent for our needs.
