Plenty of roaches, filthy pillows, yellow-stained leaking refrigerator. The power at the hotel shut off for about 30 minutes yet there was no storm or rain. They only gave me one key card which means the air conditioner and the refrigerator shuts off everytime you leave. I only stayed about 1 hour before I asked for the manager so that I could get a refund. The agent at the front desk said I must come back the next day because the manager was not answering his phone. I left the hotel around 2 am searching for another hotel in the middle of the night. I found a lovely hotel for the same price a couple miles away with NONE of the issues I had at Angkor Land House. The next morning I went back to Angkor Land House and the manager was there with several of his staff members. I asked for a refund and he quickly said yes and apologized for the room. He said he has to email Expedia and refund the payment. I asked for a receipt or some kind of proof and he said there is none, but he will get it done. The manager and staff members all smiled and seemed very pleasant, however, Expedia NEVER received an email nor a phone call. Expedia reached out to him at least 3 times and he never picked up nor called back.

Staff very helpful & courteous. Rooms are a bit dated. Two nice pools. Grounds are very lush with beautiful vegetation.
