Let me get this straight-the hotel is wonderful, but small things adds up. At the counter I needed to "argue" with the personal to actually get my type of the room. We were able to to get nice room but it was definitely not smooth. The breakfast that we purchased is "different" compare to big chains and definitely more on a "local" side. We skipped it a few times. Coffee machine was broken. ( no froth milk). The rooms inside are spacious and modern. Good water pressure. One star was removed because there's no Metro line around, need to walk 25 minutes or use Bikes.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The receptionists were very professional and helpful.
