Desk check in person very rude when I asked if there were other pillows vs the very hard bulky pillows. 

Service was good just the panic alarm was going off almost every day, hope the fix that problem soon.

It is a brand new hotel with a great staff

I think I arrived in the soft start period so th restaurant wasn’t open and there was still a bit of dust in places. 
I’m sure it’ll be nice once fully running. 
Not the easiest place to get to.
Handy if you need hospital treatment
